Case lodged against the State, Revenue, all the County Councils and the Puppet Government.  It is quite astonishing… that in the year 2013, we find ourselves using such an archaic term as "Feudal Tenure". Nonetheless in paragraphs 13 and 14 of the "General Endorsement of Clam", of their Plenary Summons … "Acorn to Oak Communications Plc" are seeking the complete abolition of Feudal Tenure. As an alternative to the Courts not making an Order to end Feudal Tenure, Acorn to Oak as the Plaintiff are seeking "a Declaratory Order" making the Property Tax unlawful, as the STATE as the Feudal Overlord and Legal Owner of ALL said Property, Land and Territories … cannot legally or lawfully tax the People, if the People do not legally own said property, land or territories. |
 This Plenary Summons and General Endorsement of Claim was launched upon the Puppet Government, the State, the Revenue Commissioner and ALL of the County Councils by Acorn to Oak as of last Friday 10th. May 2013: CASE No. 2013/4731P. This is a landmark action, and for all intents and purposes is the Peoples class action. It means that Revenue or the County Councils CANNOT persecute or prosecute you, or anyone. If you are already, or become a shareholder of the SPV in the future, all bets are off, and Revenue can sing for the money. By becoming a shareholder you have what is termed "legal privilege". In other words you are legally protected from being persecuted or prosecuted by Revenue, because you are now an interested party in the case being taken against them and their cohorts.  FINALLY: You will note that at the end of the Endorsement of Claim (attached to the Summons), there is a note in reference to "Interested Parties" … this means that all the People that are Shareholders in the SPV (Acorn to Oak Communications Plc), are legally protected from prosecution or persecution from the State, Revenue or any County Council, and ALL FUTURE SHAREHOLDERS are also protected. So if you have not yet become a Shareholder, you are still very welcome to become a Shareholder (an interested party), and this WILL afford you the same legal privilege and protection. This also includes People that have declared, registered and or paid the Household Charge and or the Property Tax. We do not discriminate between People that have or have not declared or registered and or People that have or have not paid. After all, anyone that has declared, registered or paid has only done so out of fear, and the threats that Michael Noonan and Josephine Fehily profligate and spin. In reality, you have nothing to fear from these People. They cannot do anything without your consent.
