| Have you ever been impeded, stopped or prosecuted by An Garda Siochana? Have you ever been issued with a Traffic or Parking ticket or fine? Have you ever had TV Licence so called authorities knock on your door, and/or bring you to Court over same? This is one of the many ways that "the State" control and regulate your activities, and make an absolute fortune from you the People as a singular and a collective. You thought this was a "Free Country" did you? For those that are considering attending the Final School of Commonology for 2014, we suggest that you do two simple things in preparation: 1. Read the DPP Guidelines for prosecutors … Sections 8 & 9, and their "Code of Ethics", which can be found here: https://www.dppireland.ie/publications/category/14/guidelines-for-prosecutors/ 2. Attend a local District/Circuit Court as an observer to see how they operate. Attending Court as an observer is a great way to see first-hand how "the State", through the Judiciary generate millions in Revenue every working day, and the speed at which they process the People they are attacking and persecuting. We are not talking here about Hardened Criminals, but ordinary decent and hard-working People. Observe how ALL Solicitors and Ba*risters do NOT seek "Gary Doyle Orders" (Disclosure of the Evidence) … but do allow prosecutions to proceed against People, without a fair trial or hearing. The Judges facilitate all of this at a rate of knots, sitting there in their black dresses and blonde wigs and deriving Huge Incomes, Costs, Expenses and Pensions at the expense and degradation of the People of this Island. Do a tally of the revenue that is generated on the day, and then try and tally up how many lives have been destroyed and lost because of their greed. It is insurmountable and incalculable. We have quite a few Solicitors and Ba*risters that get/receive and read out emails, including this one. NONE of them have once ever rebutted any of our emails, or contested or challenged any of the above facts. Is that not shocking in and of itself? Just to be clear: There is a way through the mire and mess of being prosecuted for a summary (minor criminal) offence, that no Solicitor and/or Ba*rister, that we know of has ever informed the People of, and that is to start by seeking a "Gary Doyle Order". A "Gary Doyle Order" is simply a direction for the Court to order the Prosecution to produce ALL the Evidence against you, therefore allowing you to forensically examine said evidence, to afford you the LAWFUL opportunity to put together a defense and/or to Cross-Examine the said accuser. Once you get your head around what is really going on in a Court, you will realise that it really is a Circus, and if you don't become the ringmaster early days, then you will end up being the entertainment, wherein the Court (Circus) will derive a price from you. Make no mistake about this: The "Judges DO Lie" … in open Court, and they WILL blatantly lie and tell you that you are NOT entitled to such things as an opportunity to defend yourself, or to see or examine the evidence against you. We know because we have heard and experienced these things first hand. Judges are born liars, make no mistake about it. You can of course just except the charge, pay the fine and/or do the time … If on the other hand, you are sick to the back teeth of what is going on within and without the Court, and are sick of how "the State" are continually raping, plundering and pillaging the People of this Island, then it's time to prepare and educate yourself in a friendly and calm manner, and learn how to reverse the headaches that are being put upon you … then it's time to do our next and final school of 2014.
