NJ Attempts to Strip Parental Rights with Vaccine Anti-Exemption Bill

--...parents would no longer be able to claim concerns about the safety of vaccines. A parent having a legitimate health concern over vaccine adjuvants and chemicals negatively impacting their child, potentially forever, would no longer count under the new law. Senator Vitale was quoted at the hearing as saying, "We cannot allow widespread exemption from immunization based on fear and false science."
--The bill was supposedly drawn up due to a whooping cough outbreak in addition to a rise in parents claiming exemptions throughout the state in recent years. However, as reported previously by Natural News, research released earlier this year showed strong evidence that whooping cough outbreaks among vaccinated children were actually higher than in unvaccinated children.
In addition, Big Pharma giant GlaxoSmithKline (GSK) admitted the company's whooping cough vaccine had never been tested for long-term efficacy, and that the shot does not provide long-term protection against the illness. It should be noted that a single injection of GSK's Boostrix vaccine for diphtheria, tetanus, and pertussis (whooping cough) would dose the average 11-year-old with 100 micrograms of formaldehyde and 400 micrograms of the heavy metal aluminum according to the National Vaccine Information Center.

Confirmed! Flu Vaccine INCREASES Risk of Serious Pandemic Flu Illness

The Canadian press recently broke the story that new research confirms initial findings that the flu vaccine appeared to actually increase people's risk of getting sick with H1N1, and cause more serious bouts of illness to boot. According to the Vancouver Sun:
"Researchers, led by Vancouver's Dr. Danuta Skowronski, an influenza expert at the B.C. Centre for Disease Control, noticed in the early weeks of the [2009 H1N1] pandemic that people who got a flu shot for the 2008-09 winter seemed to be more likely to get infected with the pandemic virus than people who hadn't received a flu shot. Five studies done in several provinces showed the same unsettling results."
"There is renewed controversy surrounding influenza vaccines, with some studies showing people immunised against the seasonal flu might have been at greater risk during the swine flu outbreak...
'What was a bit surprising when we looked at some of the data from Canada and Hong Kong in the last year is that people who have been vaccinated in 2008 with the seasonal or ordinary vaccine seemed to have twice the risk of getting swine flu compared to the people who hadn't received that vaccine,' [Professor Collignon from the Australian National University] said. ANU microbiologists say it is the opposite of what vaccines should do.
Professor Collignon says the findings of the study also highlight the benefits for healthy people who are exposed to some illnesses. 'Some interesting data has become available which suggests that if you get immunised with the seasonal vaccine, you get less broad protection than if you get a natural infection,' he said.
'It is particularly relevant for children because it is a condition they call original antigenic sin, which basically means if you get infected with a natural virus, that gives you not only protection against that virus but similar viruses or even in fact quite different flu viruses in the next year.'
'We may be perversely setting ourselves up that if something really new and nasty comes along, that people who have been vaccinated may in fact be more susceptible compared to getting this natural infection.'

House Passes The Buffet Rule

The bill, labeled the Buffett Rule Act, passed by voice vote, meaning Democrats and Republicans agreed with it. Under the legislation, which would still need Senate approval, taxpayers could check a box on their taxes and send in a check for more than they owe to the IRS.
"If Warren Buffett and others like him truly feel they're not paying enough in taxes, they can use the Buffett Rule Act to put their money where their mouth is and voluntarily send in more to pay down the national debt, rather than changing the entire tax code to inflict more job-killing tax hikes on hard-working Americans," said Rep. Steve Scalise, the Louisiana Republican who wrote the bill.

COMMENT: Buffet received some nice perks from his buddies in government on his "investments." I'm guessing he paid it forward with his PR nonsense about being a "rich guy who wants to pay more taxes." Well, the legislation above calls "BS" on all that.
More importantly, it wouldn't make any difference if Buffet sent the government every penny he's got. Here is the sad reality of how out of control government spending currently is:
You could confiscate all of Bill Gate's billions, confiscate all of Buffet's billions, confiscate the billions of the next 50 people on the Forbes list of "Richest People in America," and you still wouldn't have enough money to cover current government spending for even 90 days. (You'd have less than $850 billion to cover a 90-day cost of more than $900 billion.)

Results of the First Long-Term Study of GMO (with pictures)

--The study, led by Gilles-Eric Seralini of the University of Caen, was the first ever study to examine the long-term (lifetime) effects of eating GMOs. You may find yourself thinking it is absolutely astonishing that no such studies were ever conducted before GM corn was approved for widespread use by the USDA and FDA, but such is the power of corporate lobbying and corporate greed.
The study was published in The Food & Chemical Toxicology Journal and was just presented at a news conference in London.
Here are some of the shocking findings from the study:
• Up to 50% of males and 70% of females suffered premature death.
• Rats that drank trace amounts of Roundup (at levels legally allowed in the water supply) had a 200% to 300% increase in large tumors.
• Rats fed GM corn and traces of Roundup suffered severe organ damage including liver damage and kidney damage.
• The study fed these rats NK603, the Monsanto variety of GM corn that's grown across North America and widely fed to animals and humans. This is the same corn that's in your corn-based breakfast cereal, corn tortillas and corn snack chips.

...The dominant theme (constantly pushed by the media) is to have us focus on finding a "cure" for this or that disease. They don't seem the least bit interested in having us find the CAUSE.
How can any professional, "educated" person believe that our food (loaded with poison, devoid of nutrients) isn't causing the illness in our bodies?

Nullification: NH Jury Acquits Pot-Growing Rastafarian

A few months ago, New Hampshire Gov. John Lynch signed a bill declaring that "in all criminal proceedings the court shall permit the defense to inform the jury of its right to judge the facts and the application of the law in relation to the facts in controversy." Although the new law does not take effect until next January, a case decided yesterday in Belknap County illustrates the importance of the nullification power it recognizes. A jury unanimously acquitted Doug Darrell, a 59-year-old Rastafarian charged with marijuana cultivation, after his lawyer, Mark Sisti, argued that a conviction would be unjust in light of the fact that Darrell was growing cannabis for his own religious and medicinal use. More remarkably, Judge James O'Neill instructed the jury that "even if you find that the State has proven each and every element of the offense charged beyond a reasonable doubt, you may still find the defendant not guilty if you have a conscientious feeling that a not guilty verdict
would be a fair result in this case."

--In December of 2005, the British Medical Journal (online) published a shocking report by Peter Doshi, which spelled out the delusion and created tremors throughout the halls of the CDC.
Here is a quote from Doshi's report:
"[According to CDC statistics], 'influenza and pneumonia' took 62,034 lives in 2001—61,777 of which were attributable to pneumonia and 257 to flu, and in only 18 cases was the flu virus positively identified."
You see, the CDC had created one category that combined flu and pneumonia deaths. Why did they do this? Because they assumed that the pneumonia deaths were complications stemming from the flu.
This is an absurd assumption. Pneumonia has a number of causes. But even worse, in all the flu and pneumonia deaths, only 18 were traced directly to a flu virus.

COMMENT: My answer to those who say "Libertarians shouldn't support government-mandated labeling."
Libertarians, in general, accept the idea of allowing government intervention when there is an act of force or fraud.
Real food (the kind grown & consumed by humans for thousands of years ) is NOT the same as Genetically Modified food. As an example, consider "spermicidal corn." This GM crop looks, tastes and smells like real corn, but it sterilizes those who eat it. (Should this GM "spermicidal corn" be sold simply as "corn" too?)
Unfortunately, all GM food can, by design or by accident, harm human health in ways that non GM food cannot. Leaving "GMO" off the label is a case of lying by omission. It's fraud.

Italian Supreme Court head calls for international 9/11 inquiry

Fernando Imposimato, the President of the Italian Supreme Court, has raised the call for a criminal investigation of 9/11, comparing the terror attacks to the declassified "false flag" incidents carried out by the CIA in Italy under Operation Gladio.
"The 9/11 attacks were a global state terror operation permitted by the administration of the USA, which had foreknowledge of the operation yet remained intentionally unresponsive in order to make war against Afghanistan and Iraq," Imposimato declared in a letter published on Sunday by the Journal of 9/11 Studies.
