--When he talks about the approximately sixty thousand eugenic sterilizations that were performed in the United States, he complains that it was nowhere near enough. Specifically, he says it represented only 0.1 percent of those who should have been sterilized.
Well, unless I�ve forgotten how to do math, I have to multiply 0.1 percent times ten to get to 1 percent. Then, I have to multiply that times a hundred to get to 100 percent. In other words, I have to multiply sixty thousand times one thousand to get to the number of people he feels should have been sterilized in the United States alone�SIXTY MILLION people!
�In the United States, the 60,000 or so sterilizations amounted to less than 0.1 percent of the mentally retarded and psychopathic, so the effect on the prevalence of mental retardation and psychopathic personality must have been negligible.�-page 42

Under the FBI�s Communities Against Terrorism program, the bulk purchase of food is labeled a potential indication of terrorist activity.�

The Collapsing US Economy and the End of the World

--Despite the lack of an economic base, Washington�s hegemonic aspirations continue unabated. Other countries are amused at Washington�s unawareness. Russia, China, India, Brazil, and South Africa are forming an agreement to abandon the US dollar as the currency for international settlement between themselves.
On July 4 the China Daily reported: �Japanese politicians and prominent academics from China and Japan urged Tokyo on Tuesday to abandon its outdated foreign policy of leaning on the West and accept China as a key partner as important as the United States. The Tokyo Consensus, a joint statement issued at the end of the Beijing-Tokyo Forum, also called on both countries to expand trade and promote a free-trade agreement for China, Japan and South Korea.�
This means that Japan is in play.
The Chinese government, more intelligent than Washington, is responding to Washington�s military threats by enticing away Washington�s two key Asian allies. As the Chinese economy is now as large as the US and on far firmer footing, and as Japan now has more trade with China than with the US, the enticement is appealing. Moreover, China is next door, and Washington is distant and drowning in its hubris.
Washington, which flicked its middle finger to international law and to its own law and Constitution with its arrogance and gratuitous and illegal wars and with its assertion of the right to murder its own citizens and those of its allies, such as Pakistan, has made the United States a pariah state.

Can Americans Escape the Deception?

--No speaker will acknowledge that in the 21st century the Bush/Obama Regime, with the complicity of the Department of Justice, federal courts, Congress, presstitute media, law schools, bar associations, and an insouciant public have murdered the Constitution in the name of the �war on terror.�
As in medieval times, American citizens can be thrown into dungeons and never accounted for. No evidence or charges need be presented to a court. No trial is required, and no conviction.
As in tyrannies, US citizens can be executed at the sole discretion of the despot in the Oval Office, who sits there drawing up lists of people to be murdered.
Protestors exercising their constitutionally guaranteed rights to freedom of speech and freedom of association are attacked by armed police, beaten, tasered, tear-gassed, pepper sprayed, and arrested.
Whistleblowers who report the government�s crimes are prosecuted despite the statute that protects them.
--According to the US Military Code, US soldiers are required to make war crimes known. However, the law on the books provided no protection to Bradley Manning, and conservative Republicans whom I know are foaming at the mouth for Manning to be executed for letting out the truth.

New Hampshire Adopts Jury Nullification Law

--Jury nullification, in which jurors refuse to convict defendants under laws they find objectionable or inappropriately applied, is a favored tactic of many libertarians who, rightly or wrongly perceive individual liberty as, at best, a minority taste among their neighbors. They like the idea of a tool that can be wielded on the spot to shield people from powerful control freaks without first having to win a popularity contest. But nullification is useful only if people know about. And last week, New Hampshire's governor signed a law requiring the state's judges to permit defense attorneys to inform jurors of their right to nullify the law.

COMMENT: On jury nullification: It has been argued that the Founders' intent was to make it the right and duty of a jury to "judge of the justice of the law and to hold all laws invalid that are, in their opinion, unjust or oppressive, and all persons guiltless in violating or resisting the execution of such laws." -Lysander Spooner, Trial by Jury
To better guarantee this "right and duty," a jury ought to be given a choice of THREE verdicts that it can return in court: Guilty, not guilty, or NOT PUNISHABLE.
This third verdict would render useless the government's practice of passing laws that nobody asked for and few support. It would also provide citizens the ability to stop punishing "crimes" that are no longer considered criminal. (Like refusing to fund or obey an openly criminal and unaccountable government.)
